Elsa LaVita

Elsa LaVita is the Senior Director of Patient Advocacy at Cullinan Therapeutics, where she leads strategic initiatives to elevate the patient voice and strengthen partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Known for her ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and translate patient insights into meaningful organizational action, Elsa works closely with cross functional teams and senior leadership to ensure patient perspectives inform decision making across the organization.

Prior to joining Cullinan, Elsa held leadership roles in patient advocacy at MorphoSys and bluebird bio. Elsa holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
