Support Group Facilitator
Julie Anderson is a clinical psychologist with a 25-year-long private practice in Brookline. She has specialized in working with young adults and with adults going through life transitions. In the last decade she has also been active in regional and national associations for group therapy, and runs several groups in her practice (including an observation group for clinicians interested in group therapy.). Prior to her career in psychotherapy, Julie worked as a teacher and administrator in special education. In the 1980s, she helped Perkins School for the Blind remodel their high school program to incorporate mainstreaming.
